Air Pop Eliminator Installation Instructions

With sensitive aftermarket audio equipment, unused energy from solenoid valve coils can be transmitted through the speakers as a pop sound. 

Our air ride pop eliminator circuit installs on your air ride solenoid valves, to eliminate the popping coming out through your speakers. 

To install on air rides with solenoids with individual grounds: Connect our circuit red wire to red wire on solenoid and black wire on our circuit to black wire on solenoid. (one circuit per solenoid is needed)

To install on air rides with 4-way solenoid packs with 1 common ground wire: Connect our circuit black wire to the common ground wire on the 4-way solenoid pack and connect the other 4 red wires one to each wire coming out of the solenoid pack.

**We Recommend mounting the compressor on the left side saddlebag rail**The 9" tank can be mounted on the right saddlebag rail**Manifold can be mounted behind right sidecover**Plug and play relay harness can be installed underneath the seat**Manual valve switch can be installed on the left side with the fire wall mounting plate**Safety ball valve shut off can be installed on the right side fire wall**Plugs are all plug and play

**Safety ball valve can be zip tied to the right or left side firewall frame**SAFTEY VALVE SHOULD BE INSTALLED AFTER THE MANUAL VALVE & BEFORE T-FITTING & NEEDS TO BE ASSESSABLE TO SHUT ON & OFF. THIS SAFETY VALVE NEEDS TO BE TURNED OFF ONCE YOU AIR THE MOTORCYCLE DOWN & PARKED**

Fits any Harley make or model with external dual shocks. Will not work for Heritage, Softail, or Fatboy.

**WE RECOMMEND INSTALLING THE AIR COMPRESSOR, RELAY HARNESS & SOLENOID INSIDE THE AIR BOX, REUSE YOUR STOCK SHOCK BOLTS ON NEW YOUR NEW AIR SHOCKS, T-FITTING CAN BE INSTALLED UNDERNEATH THE SEAT, TO INSTALL THE MOMENTARY AIR RIDE SWITCH YOU CAN DRILL A 1/4" HOLE ON THE HORN COVER**
