Beginning in 2014, Harley-Davidson introduced a restyled front fork with larger diameter tubes and new, wider lower legs. This made installing pre-drilled 1984-2013 aftermarket fenders nearly impossible on newer bikes. These Bagger Brothers fender adapters allow the installation of 21", pre-drilled steel fenders on 2014-2017 Harley-Davidson Touring models with no need to modify, or re-drill fender tabs. Sold in pairs. All mounting hardware included.
